Hello,
My name is Sabrina Wells and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist working out of my own business here In Wonewoc. I graduated from Southeast technical in Winona, MN with my Associates degree. Registered Nurse. Because of this I will have small windows for hours of operation. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Prenatal, Sports and incorporation of Aromatherapy. Massage is so beneficial in so many ways and should be looked at as more than a spa treatment. The main benefit of massage is that it is a stress reliever because the parasympathetic nervous system is highly engaged other benifits include: aiding in sleep, better digestion, repair injuries along with helping prevent new ones, increase in flexibility, increase joint function and boost immune system. Just think about it as if your muscles are tense and trying to work to compensate for poor posture or injury your body doesn't focus its attention on other important functions. I really hope that everyone incorporates massage into their lives some how because I truly believe everyone can benefit from something so simple! As of February 1st 2023 I have decided to raise my prices. Since 2021, I have not been taking on any new clients, and I’m still no longer able to accommodate at this time.

You have all made me feel so blessed and appreciated these past 8 years. Thank you all for your continued support and adjusting with me throughout my growth as a massage therapist.

As of February 1st 2023, my new rates will be:

30 mins- $30
60 mins-$60
90 mins -$90
120 mins -$120

I am currently on vacation and won’t be back in the office until the week of February 20th. Unfortunately if you didn’t plan ahead, I won’t be able to get Valentines gift cards out. I would be happy to send some out for any late IOU’s.

Wishing all of my clients a Blessed New Year!
I also wanted to pass on some changes I will be implementing in my 8th year as a massage therapist.

❌ At this time, I am still unable to accept new clients. My business has become so blessed over the last few years and I’ve obtained so many regular clients who see me monthly that I was getting to a point where I was unable to get my regulars in for their routine appointments. I hope you all can see my passion to help and heal all who ask, I just feel the dedication towards those who’ve been here since the start.

⏰ As most of you know, I work another full time job as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room. This past year in this position, it has been extremely taxing on my physical health but primarily my mental health. I realized I do need to scale my hours back a touch. Monday-Thursdays I will only be in the office until 6:00pm and Fridays until 3:00.

🙅🏼‍♀️ Lastly, I’ve needed to add in a contract for my clients this upcoming year. Wish my busy schedule and need to turn away new clients, I need to implement a “No call, No Show policy.
I will be asking for signatures and a better explanation to this new policy at your next appointment.

With all of that being said, I truly do feel so Blessed and Thankful for the past 8 years you all have given me. In no way shape or form am I ready to give either of my careers up! I just need a bit of grace and time to refill my cup at times, so I’m able to give you all my fullest. ❤️ Sending all my love to you and your families this New year!

I wanted to hop on after a long time of “silence” here on my business page.

I want to first and foremost say Thank you! From the bottom of my heart, thank you for six years of wonderful clients and all of the referrals! Massaging is truly enjoyable along with getting to know each of you.

With that being said, I have decided I no longer have enough time slots to take on any new clients. I found that I was sacrificing the times for my current and very loyal clients and I hated to push people out farther for appointments.

We will see how the summer goes and see if more times open up after September.

Finally! I can finally say, as of June, I will be back in business!
I will start to book clients in next week, after my nursing schedule is approved and finalized!
There will be a few slight changes to procedure since the Covid.
1. I ask that you come for your apt at the scheduled time and leave in a timely manner afterwards. This gives me time to clean in between clients and hope to decrease the spread of germs to others in the office.

2. At the time of scheduling, I ask that you be honest with any Covid related questions. This means if you are coughing, sneezing or are under the weather, please stay home and we will get you back in as soon as you’re feeling better.

3. I will be wearing a mask to protect you from any of my germs. I ask that you may consider doing the same for me and others working in the office.

All of the rest remains as usual! You can call, text or message me on Facebook to get back in! I will be starting with those who were initially booked and canceled and work our way through.

I want to start out with saying Thank you.
Thank you to my clients who have been with me from the start. For my clients who continue to compliment me, refer me, and support me. I am so blessed and happy that I choose massage therapy as my career and so blessed that you all choose me as a therapist.

As most all of you know, I continue to work as a therapist in Wonewoc and an RN in Mauston. Both which keep me happy, busy, and blessed.

Now don’t jump to conclusions as you read on, I am not closing my practice or cutting back any hours. I am however choosing to raise my rates this coming year. I’ve had the opportunity to serve my community with massage for the past 5 years which I hope to continue with many more to come. I still want to continue to be affordable and competitive in pricing with other practitioners.

So for the coming year of 2020, I will be raising my rates $5 for 5 years ☺️
Prices will conclude:
30 mins -$35
60 mins-$55
90 mins $80
120 mins $100

I hope this does not affect anyone negatively and that it is understandable. I look forward to seeing you all in the years to come.
