So I am spanish speaking and have my business Geronimo Cleaning Services LLC Today I got a text message from +1 (636) 422-0856. A Missiouri number in spanish asking to contract my business for new homes for move in cleaning. I replied and they called me right away. The lady is speaking in spanish almost like a sales call asked for me to text my email and name to send over the contract. I get these attachments. Luckily I work in IT and I know a good scam when I see it. She said she’ll stay on the phone with me while I review and if I wanted to contact the ”person in charge” to fill out the forms and send it back. There was a 2,000 deposit required for “insurance”

1. The email is not century 21 domain. They added “recruitment”, which means anyone can buy the domain century21recuritment. But it’s not the same as Century 21

2. The guys name who they picked , I did my research and found his profile seems to be an agent with his own business and is a celeb real estate agent in Miami 🎉 ( I’m in NJ though 🤔)

3. The lady on the line wasn’t able to explain to me the English PDF and advised she was Spanish speaking only.
even has it posted of fake jobs and scams using there information. Sad they are taking advantage of business owners like this. Please Stay cyber safe!
