We challenged ourselves with Crow Pose in August,a journey of balance, strength, and playful focus! 🤭

As we move into September, we shift into Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana). Bridge strengthens your core, hips, quads, glutes, calves, and ankles, while stretching your chest and shoulders. It offers steadiness and spaciousness!

Setu Bandhasana is a balanced way to move from summer’s energy into fall’s steady rhythm. 🌿

🪶 Shape of the Month: Crow Pose (Bakasana) 🪶

All year long, we’ve been building toward this moment—boat, down dog, chaturanga, marichyasana A, eagle, lizard, malasana—all laying the groundwork for the strength and balance of crow. 💪✨

This month, we’re inviting you to explore crow in your own way. In this video, you’ll see different ways to enter the pose: starting reclined, using blocks, or flowing from malasana. Each variation is an opportunity to play, build confidence, and discover.

REMEMBER: Reclined Crow is still Crow! 🖤 Take the variation that BEST supports you and have fun with it!
