So I know I've been absent on this page (changes coming, I promise!) but I had to share this. During the production of some amazing , I accidentally poured just-stopped-boiling-water on my left hand. Seriously. Water was still steaming. I almost fell out. I held on to the measuring cup like a champ, tho! Anyway. My hand swelled up, it turned red, my fingers looked like . I put my on, and the pain almost disappeared completely. Real talk. It's not just for muscles, everyone! I have a few left, so let me know if you're in need :-) It is the season of sunburns!

Hey all! Thank you for all of the likes! I started playing around with essential oils and natural products, such as coconut oil, beeswax, vitamin E oil, baking soda, etc to work toward a chemical-free lifestyle. We put so many chemicals in our bodies, that it can really impact how we live! For example, did you know that sugar intake can impact pain levels? I know they do for me! If I eat sugar (white sugar), I can feel my pain increase. I have been looking for a natural way to address pain, discomfort, emotional distress, and skin care for a while, and through a trial and error effort, have found that combining high-quality Essential Oils with natural products, I am feeling and looking better than ever! I'd love your feedback - what kinds of issues do you have? What are you looking to address? What can I do to help?
