Mindfulness is developing a conscious awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, breath, and surrounding environment in the moments of our life
Living healthier, happier, and more productive in conscious awareness
Mindfulness is developing a conscious awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, breath, and surrounding environment in the moments of our life. When this awareness is viewed through a non-judgmental lens, we can respond rather than react to the moment presented. Regular practice of Mindfulness reduces stress and promotes a healthier and happier life.
