Today is World Cancer Day and for over 20 years now I have been a Komen Volunteer for Breast Cancer Awareness. I raise funds for this cause because would love to see a cure of disease that has caused havoc in or accelerated the transition to the afterlife of many l warriors close to me.

I want you all to please take a moment today to honor all who have taken up arms against Cancer and pray for those who have won their battle on Earth and in Heaven. I try to refrain from saying lost live to Cancer because after you witness the fight up close you know Cancer lost because their souls are free from the constant fight. That is how I continue to fight and share awareness.

If you have not been affected by Cancer chances are you may or will know someone who has, today I ask you to reach out to them to and lend them your support. You may be able to offer respite for moment that will recharge their fight. Thank you to all who continue & join the fight with Team Tudes 🩷

A Response Cycle You Should Understand.

Have you ever wondered exactly what happens to the body during s*xual activity?

Learning and understanding the phases of the s*xual response cycle will help you identify what phase or phases you or your partner may be struggling with. This will help you make the best suggestion every time.

Take a minute to review the phases of the s*xual response cycle below.

Desire - The first phase is having an interest in s*xual activity, also called the libido. This phase is often considered to be the psychological aspect of s*x ("Am I interested?").

Excitement or arousal- The second phase is when the body starts to prepare for in*******se. For men, er****ons typically occur. For women, the va**na begins to lubricate and the uterus begins to lift to make more space in the va**na to prepare for pe*******on. For women and men, the ni***es harden, breath quickers, the skin becomes flush, andn blood flows to the ge****ls. This phase can last anywhere from a few minutes to serveral hours. Excitement or arousal is considered to be the combination of mind and body ("Am I feeling emotionally and/or physically excited?").

Plateau- The third phase is a consistent satate of arousal. During this phase, the physical changes that occured in the body during the excitement or arousal phase become more intense and noticeable.

Or**sm- The fourth phase is when the body experiences climax through involuntary muscle contractions. Most men will ej*****te semen out of their urethra during this time. Some womenn may experience multiple or***ms at this time. However, not everyone will experience or**sm every time they engage in s*xual activities, which is quite common.

Resolution- The fifth and final phase is when the body returns to its normal, unexcited state. Blood flows away from the ge****ls. Men will experience what's called a refractory period, which is a required resting period before an er****on can occur again. Most women don't require a resting period before they can experience physical arousal again.

How a person experiences s*xual response is unique to them. It's normal for people to spend more time in one phase than another, experience the phases in different sequeces, and/or not to experience all of the phases during a s*xual experience. For example, many people may need to be physically aroused before having the desire for s*x. Additionally, not everyone will experience an or**sm every time they engage in s*xual activity. Going through each of the phases during a s*xual experience are not necessary to have a pleasurable s*xual experience. Many people have very satisfying experience without having an or**sm...
