Sunday Funday = Bingo Day! 🎉

There’s nothing quite like the sound of numbers being called, chips hitting the cards, and cheers of “BINGO!” echoing through our community! Today’s Sunday Funday was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and lots of excitement as our residents gathered for one of their favorite pastimes.

From close calls to big wins, everyone had a blast enjoying the camaraderie and cheering each other on. It’s moments like these — simple, joyful, and shared together, we are already looking forward to next Sunday’s game! 💙

Our residents had an absolutely wonderful time at today’s concert at Woodburn United Methodist Church! 🎶

The music filled the room with joy. There is something so special about live music, it sparks memories, lifts spirits, and brings everyone together in such a meaningful way.

We are so grateful to the talented performers and the warm, welcoming community at Woodburn United Methodist for hosting such a beautiful event. Experiences like these remind us how important connection, fellowship, and the arts are in enriching the lives of our residents.

It was truly a day filled with harmony, happiness, and heart. 💙

The kindness you extend to our residents, the reassurance you provide to families, and the teamwork you demonstrate with one another do not go unnoticed.

Your work goes far beyond tasks and schedules. You build meaningful relationships, offer comfort during difficult moments, celebrate victories big and small, and create a place our residents are proud to call home.

Today, we catered lunch at our All Staff meeting and shared a small gift as a token of our appreciation. While we hope you enjoyed it, we know that nothing could truly express the depth of our gratitude for all that you do.

B-I-N-G-O and FUN was the name of the game today! 🎉

Our residents gathered for one of our favorite pastimes — Bingo! The room was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of cheering as numbers were called and cards were marked.

There’s nothing quite like the excitement of someone shouting “BINGO!” and seeing the smiles that follow. Beyond the prizes, it’s the camaraderie, quick thinking, and joyful moments together that make this activity such a highlight of our week.

We love seeing everyone engaged, encouraging one another, and simply having a great time. Already looking forward to the next round!

Today we enjoyed a wonderful lunch outing to Country Cottage and what a treat it was! 🍽️✨

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and the comforting feeling of home-style hospitality. The cozy atmosphere and delicious, hearty meals made it the perfect spot for our group to relax, laugh, and enjoy time together.

There’s something special about getting out into the community, sharing a meal, and creating memories around the table. Conversations flowed, plates were cleaned, and of course there were plenty of smiles all around.

A big thank you to Country Cottage for taking such great care of us. We’re already looking forward to our next adventure! 💛

Today we wish our friends and families a blessed Ash Wednesday. ✝️

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent, a 40-day period of reflection, repentance, prayer, and preparation leading up to Easter. The day is traditionally observed by receiving ashes on the forehead in the shape of a cross. These ashes, often made from the burned palm branches of the previous year’s Palm Sunday, are a symbol of humility, mortality, and the call to spiritual renewal.

The words often spoken, “Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return,” remind us of life’s fragility and the importance of living with faith, compassion, and intention.

May this Ash Wednesday be a meaningful start to a season of hope, reflection, and grace for all who observe. 💜

Even with all the excitement of our Fat Tuesday celebrations, we still made time for one of our favorite traditions — BINGO! 🎉

Between the festive fun, delicious treats, and plenty of Mardi Gras spirit, our residents weren’t about to miss a chance to shout “Bingo!” The room was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and lots of cheering as numbers were called and prizes were won.

It just goes to show that no matter how full the calendar is, there’s always time for connection, fun, and a little healthy competition. We love how our community embraces every moment, making even the busiest days extra special.
