Emerald Gardens Assisted and Memory Care is located in Woodburn, Oregon, and serves seniors in the greater Salem, Canby, and Woodburn areas. We are dedicated to our mission to create and sustain comfortable, caring environments for those who depend on us. Our team is comprised of compassionate individuals dedicated to exceptional senior care. Here at Emerald Gardens, it is our goal to supply excellent social, physical, and emotional support all while helping our residents achieve maximum independence.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming Mary, our new hair stylist! Mary is the owner of Serenity Studio Salon and has been a salon business owner and director of education since the early 2000s. She shared that working with seniors is truly her passion — she loves helping people feel their best, whether it’s after a fresh haircut, a new perm, or a relaxing manicure.

Mary also supports two other care communities in the Salem area, and we’re thrilled that she’s now partnering with Emerald Gardens! Her first day was a big success, with several residents signing up and sharing wonderful feedback about their experiences.

Our team spotlight shines on Stacey, our receptionist! Stacey has been with Emerald Gardens for 10 years. She has enjoyed caring for our residents and seeing the residents enjoy themselves. She has developed close relationships with each one. Her husband Martin also works at Emerald Gardens. Stacey has six children and enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. Our resident spotlight shines on June!

June was born in Jersey, an island of France. After she was born, her family moved back to London. She studied to be a doctor and attended London University. She married Richard and had two children, one biological child and one adopted from Korea. She was married for 44 years before her husband passed. June is educated in obstetrics and immunology. We are so pleased to have her here at Emerald Gardens.
