Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to a beloved member of our Heartwood family. William wasn't just a resident, he was a friend, a storyteller, and a proud veteran who served our country with honor.

A huge thank you to Beloved Hospice for organizing a beautiful Final Salute. We are also incredibly grateful to the Woodburn PD and the Combat Veterans Association for joining us to show their respect.

We will miss Bill’s presence in our halls every day, but we are so thankful we had the chance to give him a proper hero’s farewell. Rest in peace, friend💙❤

Dear Families & Friends,

As the holiday season approaches, we are excited to prepare for our annual Santa Celebration on December 19th. This special event means so much to our residents, and one of the most heartwarming moments is when Santa personally hands each resident a gift chosen just for them.

We kindly ask that you consider bringing a small gift for your loved one to make this moment extra meaningful. It doesn’t need to be big, just something you know would bring them comfort, joy, or a smile. Your thoughtfulness truly brightens their holiday.

Please have all gifts dropped off at the facility, to our front desk, no later than Friday, December 19th, so we can prepare everything for Santa’s visit.

This past Thursday, our halls were filled with lots of warmth and laughter as we celebrated our annual Thanksgiving lunch! It was such a joy to see our beloved residents surrounded by their cherished friends and family. We are incredibly thankful for our residents, their loving families, and our dedicated staff who made the day so memorable. These moments of togetherness are what truly make our community feel like home.

Our hearts are still full after celebrating our wonderful veteran residents! We know this post is a day late, but our appreciation for their courage and service is endless! ❤️

The results are in! Our pumpkin garland craft time was a huge success, and the finished products are absolutely gorgeous! The best part was the joy and laughter shared by everyone who participated. Even our sweet friends who preferred to stay behind the scenes had a fantastic time making these fall decorations! 🧡Come see the festive cheer! Our handmade pumpkin garlands are proudly hanging on the main bulletin boards by the dining area. They look amazing!🎃
