Did you know S2L Women’s Division is Christ-centered and clinically-informed? Our clinicians are licensed and practice from a biblical worldview!

Meet Julie Bradley, our LADAC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor)!

“As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I am devoted to helping women find freedom, healing, and purpose through faith in Jesus Christ. I believe true transformation happens when clinical excellence and a relationship with Jesus come together—creating lasting recovery rooted in identity, hope, and spiritual renewal. My passion is helping clients build a life they are grateful and excited to wake up to each day.

With a background in fitness and nutrition, I take a whole-person approach to healing—mind, body, and spirit. My professional experience includes residential treatment, intensive outpatient programming, operating sober living homes, and serving as Clinical Director for a local non-profit.

I am honored to serve as the clinician for the new women’s facility at S2L, where I walk alongside women as they deepen their faith, reclaim their God-given identity, and build a strong foundation for lifelong recovery. I also maintain a private practice, continuing my mission to support individuals seeking restoration, freedom, and lasting transformation.”

Meet the team and hear their stories!!!

Valerie Roberts - Resident Leader

“Hi, my name is Valerie.

I grew up so blessed to have 3 amazing women in my life that taught me about Jesus: my Mom and her two sisters.

However, I made the choice to stray from His path…which caused me to have to walk a long, hard path back to Him.

I chose relationships with men over God and I struggled with addiction and mental health issues.

I made all kinds of excuses.

Bad decisions landed me in jail and caused a lot of pain and heartache for those who loved me…a love that I can only describe as God's love.

I know that it was only because of the amazing women of God in my life who continually prayed for me that I was able to come home to God's grace and walk in His light.

In the same way they never stopped praying and loving me, I know God never gave up on me.

I am now able to accept I don't have to be ‘good enough’ because I am covered under Christ’s blood!!

Through Jesus Christ, I am Accept and Loved by our Heavenly Father!!

I am so blessed to be a part of the S2L family. I have been given the opportunity to share God's love with others.

Without God's grace and Him using some amazing Christian women in my life to show me His love I don't know where I'd be today. But I know my future is in His Hands and I'm eternally grateful for His salvation in my life!!”

Ministries who pray together and encourage one another are STRONGER together! We aren’t meant to be in our ministry boxes. We aren’t meant to compete in the Kingdom of God.

There are many other incredible women of God who are serving women and wanting to learn from how we do things at S2L Women. Our team was delighted to have a team from Crossville tour our facility and share their testimonies with our ladies.

What a blessing! CF Recovering Crossville

Meet our staff and hear their stories!

Sarah Nicole Keel - Executive Director of S2L’s Female Division

“Where do I begin? The Lord has delivered me from so much. From shooting he**in, to drug induced mental struggles, to incarceration, promiscuity, abortion wounds, fear, anger, terror, confusion….

Hurting people and being hurt…

The list goes on.

I can tell you this: before Christ, I was searching for joy and freedom. I knew there was more to life than what I saw, but I had no clue how to obtain it.

I looked for significance in what others thought about me.

I looked for freedom in resisting all authority.

I looked for joy in temporary pleasures.

Why? Because I was made for Christ, which means I am created to have joy and freedom, but not in the way I was going about it.

My freedom strategies landed me in jail multiple times.

But it was incarceration that sat me still. That is where my best friend and Lord met with me.

When I met Christ, I tasted a love that I always knew… and never knew at the same time. It was not a love of this world.

I was locked up and felt more free than I had ever felt.

His love and His gospel changed me forever. Now here I stand- for others to have true joy and freedom.”

Meet the staff and hear their stories!

MaryBeth Young - Director of Operations

“Growing up, church wasn’t consistent. It was something we attended mainly on Christmas and Easter, but my grandparents modeled a genuine faith that quietly shaped my heart. The seeds they planted made a lasting impact on my faith. In high school, I was surrounded by a wide range of religions and belief systems, which challenged me to think deeply about what I believed. Even with so many different beliefs around me, God pursued my heart and reminded me of the truth of His Word.

At sixteen, once I was able to drive, I went to the one church I could reach without using a map. It was there that I gave my life to Jesus. Although I didn’t have much discipleship in the years that followed, God remained faithful. While loved ones struggled with addiction, He never left my side. In the middle of pain and uncertainty, He became my strength, my comfort, and my steady foundation.

Much later, I became more connected to a church community, and that’s when I truly began to grow deeper in my faith. As I’ve grown in my love for Jesus, He has given me a deep love for people.”
