Not an interesting post, but maybe a helpful one!

Patients ask me how many supplements I take a day. Here is a snapshot of my morning routine, and then there is a smaller handful in the evening.

My supplement routine is based on the results of my nutrigenomics report, which points to which of my genetic pathways have the potential for weaker functioning, coupled with the results of my blood work, annual stool test, and then of course personal proclivity. All comply with my food intolerances. 😃
