We’re excited to announce the newest addition to our team, Katy!
Katy graduated from St. Paul College in 2024 with her massage therapy license.
Although Katy is New to massage she is not new to helping others feel their best. She has been a fitness and yoga instructor for 16+ years and specializes in Mobility, Flexibility and Foam rolling. Katy has a passion for helping others to feel better, more relaxed and reach whatever goals they have for their bodies. Katy has always been interested in helping others and ended up falling in love with Massage Therapy. She also, found how much it helped her personally while training and navigating life. She’s now excited to take everything she’s learned and bring pain relief and relaxation to you.
