Indigenous Roots - Sierra McFeeters

Indigenous Roots - Sierra McFeeters I offer a unique blend of energy work , shamanic techniques, essential oils , and flower essences to I also offer Biomat sessions and detoxifying footbaths.

As a small child my great grandmother and father took me out into nature and taught me to love and respect this world. My father taught me that God was in the trees , the wind, the grasses. As a young girl I sat with that same great grandmother as she made her way painfully from this world to the next. In this process she taught me to be silent witness, to observe and to allow and feel energy. In this way, she guided and prepared me to be comfortable with transitional and transformational thresholds. This path has led me from childbirth educator to midwife to Lightwork Energy Therapy to Reiki and then finally back to my roots as Shamanic practitioner. In 2010 my Abenaki grandmother gave me the great honor of being a pipe carrier. I`ve traveled to Peru to work with Shaman and was in an Abenaki medicine lodge for over seven yrs. I have apprenticed and been initiated by South American and North American Shaman, and most importantly by life itself. I bring great understanding , compassion and trust to the healing process and individual. My goal is to support and empower the clients inner knowing and body wisdom as I gently guide them back to wholeness and health. My passion is working with mental and physical stress, pain , PTSD and those feeling lost or disempowered. I offer individual sessions using Reiki , essential oils, Shamanic techniques ,and flower essences. Certification classes in Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki are available at all levels and degrees.
12- Month Shamanic Apprenticeships are available as well. Gift certificates are available.

The waters are opening, and the snow is doing its late winter dance of thaw and freeze. These powerful waters can support us in letting go of those things that we don’t want to carry into the seed planting time. Remember to take some beautiful flowers and gratitude for releasing us of those tight places, those rageful and hateful places, as we witness genocide and misuse of power, all around us. Take your prayers to the waterfalls, where they are heard and lifted into the celestial realms. Remember your power, remember unity, remember community.

Deepest gratitude to this land, for digesting the tears, and heaviness of what’s sometimes left here. Sacred reciprocation for all that you compost, and shine light into.

Wild Remembering

An update:
Last Saturday, as the winds howled outside, and beckoned us inward, 14 women gathered.

The energy of the day was inward, so we listened and went within, together.

We set the altar with cleansing and prayer work, calling in all of those unseen, and seen, who support us in this beautiful life.

Kristy Scott and I took turns guiding our sisters, friends into communication with plant and animal allies.

We discussed accountability and responsibility to that which feeds us. We made vows to the lands that support us.

We welcomed in ancestors, that called us to this world, for the unique medicine that each one carries.
Each woman reclaimed her medicine and was rebirthed and initiated into the web, of love. Each sister wove herself back into the fabric of belonging, creating bridges to support her inner and outer world.

It was an honor and a blessing to sit in circle with Kristy Scott, and all the powerful women who showed up, so open and willing.

It is our heartfelt intention to offer these retreats seasonally in person, and twice a year online.

This retreat filled up because we are hungry to remember, together.
