🤎Happy International Women’s History Month 💚✊🏾
As a Black woman, this month holds a special place in my heart. I stand on the shoulders of women who marched, nurtured, built, led, prayed, protested, created, and persevered, often without recognition, but never without impact.
Our history is rich with resilience. It is woven with courage, brilliance, innovation, and an unshakable spirit. From the matriarchs in our families to the trailblazers who changed the world, Black women have always been history makers, even when the world tried to overlook us.
This month, I celebrate us:
✨ Our strength that doesn’t break.
✨ Our softness that still survives.
✨ Our intelligence and creativity.
✨ Our power to transform pain into purpose.
May we continue to honor those who came before us by walking boldly in who we are. May we keep opening doors, building tables, and making space for the next generation.
Here’s to ALL women, past, present, and future. We are magic. We are legacy. We are history in motion.
