Tip #3: Sunscreen/SPF
As spring arrives, the days feel brighter while the sun stays out longer. This means increased sun exposure and increased sun damage. To protect your skin from this damage, you will need an SPF that isn’t only effective in blocking sunburn and skin cancer causing UVB rays, but long-term skin damage causing UVA rays.
