We’re thrilled to share that Saint Therese has received a 2025 Promising Practices Award Honorable Mention from The Mather Institute — and our Woodbury community played a key role in making it happen!

Woodbury was one of two pilot sites for our OARS Program (Onboarding and Retention Success), where our dedicated OARS specialist, Jeymi Merino, has been supporting new team members from day one. The results have already been incredibly positive, with major improvements in team engagement and retention.

Thank you to our Woodbury team for helping shape this innovative, people-focused approach to onboarding and support. We’re proud of you!

With deep gratitude and love, the Patricia Tinucci family generously served a lunch and dinner buffet today for the compassionate caregivers and support staff who cared for their beloved mother with such kindness, patience and grace.

This Veterans Day, we honor Navy veteran John Thuente, a resident of Saint Therese of Woodbury. His story is one of quiet courage — from the skies over Vietnam to a life of faith, family, and service.

Today we gathered in the chapel at Saint Therese of Woodbury to honor our resident and staff veterans, along with their families and friends. It was a moving ceremony filled with gratitude and remembrance 🇺🇸

The service included a heartfelt Invocation by Pastor Anne Kadue, U.S. Navy Chaplain Corps, reminding us of the courage, sacrifice, and steadfast faith of all who have served.

We were proud to have representation from the American Legion Woodbury Post 501 and VFW New Richmond Post 10818; thank you for joining us in tribute to our veterans.

A special thank you to Saint Croix Hospice for generously providing delicious pies for our reception. Your kindness made the day even sweeter.

To all who have served and continue to serve, we thank you for your courage, sacrifice and dedication. ❤️🤍💙

We were delighted to host the Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce members this morning for Good Morning Woodbury at The Redwoods! 🌞

It was a wonderful morning filled with community connections, caramel rolls, fresh fruit, and fun prizes. 🎉 Congratulations to our two lucky door prize winners!
