Beginning this May, we’re bringing you a deeply restorative experience blending:
✨ Group Reiki
✨ Restorative Yoga
✨ Tarot Readings

🗓 First Group Reiki Session:

This experience is designed to help you slow down, release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a safe, grounded space.

Led by Carly Melchert, Reiki Master, intuitive yoga teacher, and founder of The Restored Soul; each session invites you into deep rest and healing. No movement required… just come as you are and rest.
