✨ Farewell Twilight Flow Happy Hour ✨

📆 Friday, June 9th at 6pm

Join us for our farewell Twilight Flow Yoga class led by Stephanie, Jen & Elen followed by a Healthy Happy Hour & Potluck. Wind down your day with a gentler flow to melt your stresses away in the glow of candlelight for the ultimate yoga experience! Twilight Flow will illuminate your intention as we focus on breath and flowing movements to cultivate peace, balance and rejuvenation. This class will be practiced in an unheated room and ALL LEVELS of students are welcome to attend. After class, stay for a Healthy Happy Hour in the lobby with refreshments provided by YF for the ultimate Happy Hour + Yoga experience.
