24 hour post op arm lipocontouring with Renuvion. Although the degree of skin laxity observed would typically warrant a brachioplasty, our patient’s history of keloid formation prompted us to pursue a less invasive approach. A combination of lipocontouring and Renuvion technology already yielding a dramatic improvement and the best to yet to come. Stay tuned….

We perform brachioplasty utilizing two different incision placements. In this discussion, we focus on the low anterior scar approach. Scar placement is patient-specific and determined by individual anatomy, degree of skin laxity, and aesthetic goals. The low anterior scar approach offers excellent concealment when viewed from both the front and the back. However, there are certain limitations to consider. In patients with significant skin laxity, the incision may need to extend onto the forearm to achieve adequate contouring. Additionally, tightening near the elbow must be conservative to reduce the risk of nerve compression, which can result in forearm numbness.

Fresh off of incision mesh removal. Implant exchange, saline with silicone, downsize, and lift!! Our patient could not be happier 😊. This is a powerful procedure restoring descended volume and corrective laxity as well as reducing some weight on the shoulder and neck.
