Resiliency and Health Institute is mental health practice committed to overall well being and recovery for children, adolescents, adults and families.

Therapeutic services at Resiliency and Health Institute are tailored to support the whole health of each individual and family we serve. The trauma informed therapeutic framework by which we work is informed by research, up to date training, and continued interest in providing quality services to all clients. At RHI we pride ourselves on providing integrated mental health services through a trauma informed perspective that focuses on supporting psychological and emotional safety for both our clients and providers. RHI accepts most insurance plans. It is always a good idea to call your insurance provider to inquire about your specific mental health coverage before beginning therapy. Out of pocket payment is also acceptable. In-network Providers:
