Today, our Women’s Empowerment Network (WEN) hosted an engaging session in recognition of Heart Health Month, focused on women’s health and the importance of proactive care. Our guest speaker shared valuable insights on heart health, key preventive screenings, and the everyday steps women can take to protect their long-term well-being - an especially important conversation, as heart disease remains a leading cause of death among women.

Associates also enjoyed a heart-healthy start to the day with overnight oats provided as a nutritious breakfast option - a small reminder that healthy habits often begin with simple daily choices.
