Double tap to help us celebrate Profound alumnus Michael T. on one year of sobriety. 🙏

Recovery is about reclaiming who you are—beyond the struggle, beyond the past, beyond the doubt. Michael’s journey is grounded in faith, resilience, and the decision to keep moving forward, no matter what. As he shares: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. My addiction will not define who I truly am.”

Here’s to everything you’ve overcome and everything still ahead. ✨

Recovery doesn’t always happen all at once. Sometimes it’s flying. Sometimes it’s running. Sometimes it’s simply putting one foot in front of the other and refusing to stop.

As Profound alumna Diana F. reminds us: “If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward”

What matters most is continuing forward.

Diana, we’re honored to be part of your journey and so proud of the life you’re building one day at a time. Congratulations on this incredible milestone. ✨

A big round of applause for Profound Alum Christopher E. on his first year of sobriety.

“One day at a time, we admitted we were powerless over alcohol that our lives had become unmanageable, made a search and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.”

Christopher’s journey is a powerful reminder that recovery begins with honesty and grows with courage. The willingness to look inward, to take responsibility, and to keep showing up each day is no small feat.

Keep up the great work, one day at a time.
