“One of the most uncomfortable feelings is not being able to take control of your own life.”
For Profound alumna Ruby B., that feeling is now a memory. 14 months sober and filled with love, clarity, and dreams she never thought possible.
We’re honored to be a part of your story, Ruby. 💙

This month, we’re celebrating two incredible team members whose dedication makes a lasting impact on everyone around them.

Heather Sullivan, Behavioral Health Technician
Heather leads with quiet strength. She picked up her role quickly, shows up consistently, and always gets the job done—no complaints, just care. Her natural rapport with clients and peers speaks volumes. Heather, we see you. And we appreciate you.

Lily Russo, Therapist
Lily’s therapy room is a space of real healing. She meets each client with presence and empathy, creating connections that inspire growth. Clinically, she goes above and beyond, every single time. Lily, your heart and skill don’t go unnoticed.

We’re so fortunate to have both Heather and Lily as part of the Profound family.

Congratulations to Profound alum Christopher F. on 365 days of courage and commitment. We’re proud to be a part of your journey. How he did it: "I got sober to escape my mystery, I stay sober because I love the life I have built.”

Big news! Profound alum Seth P. is 3 years sober today.

In his words, “"Profound helped a lot. The staff helped me see how I was more powerful than alcohol. I have a tremendous amount of family support and I keep showing up at AA meetings to remember why I got sober.”

Proud of you, Seth!

At Profound, exceptional care starts with an exceptional team and this month, we’re proud to honor two outstanding behavioral health technicians, Rodney Hasbrouck and Noah Lester.

Rodney consistently rises to the occasion, building trust and connection in every group he leads. His positive energy uplifts clients and coworkers alike.

Noah brings calm to every corner of the workday. Grounded, present, and always kind, he creates space for healing just by showing up as himself.

Please join us in celebrating these two incredible humans who help make Profound a place of real transformation.

Big congratulations to Profound case manager Joshua Acheson and his fiancée on their engagement! Joshua popped the question at our holiday party on Friday night, right after the annual Christmas carolers wrapped up their final song. It was a moment full of love, surprise, and holiday magic, and we’re thrilled they shared it with the Profound family.

This week, Alexander C. celebrated his first sober bday and we couldn't be prouder of him.

His words say it best: “I remember what it felt like to reach out for help. That keeps me from slipping back. Today, I surround myself with people who support me, hold me accountable, and keep me moving forward.”

Alexander, your commitment inspires us all. Keep up the great work.
