Are you angry and frustrated because your children don’t listen to you, resulting in a home full of chaos and stress? I provide encouragement and support for people who are struggling by giving resources, tips, and ideas that facilitate hope and healing. When people feel safe and receive support, hope can flourish. Hearts filled with hope see possibilities, which foster change. I specialize in therapy with individuals, families and children with anxiety, depression, special medical conditions such as diabetes or trauma and other issues. My specialities include:

-I am a parent Educator with extensive knowledge in child development

-I utilize play therapy to better connect with children to help them through their issues

-I‘m certified in Trauma First Aid and EMDR techniques which facilitate faster recovery

-I’ve lived with limited vision my entire life, so I have a natural affinity for patients with special medical conditions

-I run therapy groups for women whose spouses have cheated on them

-I am certified to supervise Interns and Trainees who want to become

-Marriage and Family Therapists or Licensed Clinical Social Workers.
