Tony's Personal Training on Wheels Certified personal training at clients home. I teach the best techniques in resistance, flexibility, balance, cardio,core, and plyometric training.

My style of training consists of using weights, bands, machines, kettle bells,cable and balance equipment. I do my best to meet the client at their fitness level and always ease into a new program. I also try to work on muscle imbalances, weak areas and balance. We also talk about nutrition, types of foods eaten and portion size. Eating healthy and exercising is the fasted way to get in shape. Most, if not all of my routines have been experienced by myself. I've been training a long time and I know what works and what doesn't. I also find routines that I think would be beneficial to my client, I write it down and try it out next workout. My goal is to help each client reach their fitness and health goals and teach them how to exercise correctly. I also try to be a coach and motivator to keep them excited about training. I've been lifting weights and exercising for about 35 years. I started lifting weights about age 13 and have trained mostly on for the last 30+ years. I first had to improvise lifting sand filled bags and anything heavy I could find as I didn't own a set of barbells. Over the years, I've collected enough equipment to have a mini gym in my garage.The more "toys" , the better! I am certified in Personal Training since October 2014 and certified as a Senior Fitness Specialist thru the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My other interests are hiking, spending time with family and I love to read books. Most of my reading consists of motivation, health and spiritual books. After many years in grocery management, and some in distribution, I've found my work is no longer work and that I enjoy training as many people as I can. My favorite part is seeing the transformation and confidence that it builds in my clients! I tell my clients," first we crawl, then we walk and then we run" and "it's all about you and your program".

I'm currently working on a certification on behavioral change. I'm also looking forward to this pandemic ending by June or July so I can get back to business. In the mean time, still training five days a week and hoping everyone is finding a way to stay happy and exercise. Take care my friends!
