Day 5 Meal 1: Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders (cooked in the air fryer at 400 degrees until cooked through)
Day 5 Meal 2: Greek Yogurt with 1 scoop Prime Protein
Getting the hang of not eating like an as***le again, but I have to say I’m proud of my attitude towards food! After literal years of eating a highly restrictive carnivore diet for my autoimmune health, I’m enjoying this change of pace and trying foods I haven’t allowed myself to have in a long time…and I’m at peace with that! ❤️💪
