Over the past 2 years I’ve been through it. A severel months long hospitalization, cancer, moved across the country, had more surgeries than I can count.

In those two years I’ve been down to my lowest weight, then in an effort to regain I put a little more weight back on than I care to carry, so here I am! 💪

I’m a supplement ju**ie, so I was so excited when Keto Adapted - Maria Emmerich shared a post about Natural GLP-1’s and Unimate. I went ahead and ordered it, and I’m going to be tracking my daily progress and any change in my energy levels and improved mental clarity. And heck, if it helps with hunger I certainly won’t complain about that! 😜

I’ll keep ya’ll posted on my progress!

Day 5 Meal 1: Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders (cooked in the air fryer at 400 degrees until cooked through)
Day 5 Meal 2: Greek Yogurt with 1 scoop Prime Protein

Getting the hang of not eating like an as***le again, but I have to say I’m proud of my attitude towards food! After literal years of eating a highly restrictive carnivore diet for my autoimmune health, I’m enjoying this change of pace and trying foods I haven’t allowed myself to have in a long time…and I’m at peace with that! ❤️💪

Barramundi fish was air fried at 400 degrees until flakey and fork tender. I pan sautéed the shrimp in Cajun spices and avocado oil. Quick, easy, delicious 😋
