Getting the hang of not eating like an as***le again, but I have to say I’m proud of my attitude towards food! After literal years of eating a highly restrictive carnivore diet for my autoimmune health, I’m enjoying this change of pace and trying foods I haven’t allowed myself to have in a long time…and I’m at peace with that! ❤️💪

Dinner last night was air fried pork tenderloin and broccoli. Season your tenderloin and cook in a preheated air fryer at 400 degrees until it reaches temperature. Time will vary depending on the thickness of your cut and how hot your air fryer runs. This is a very quick and easy way to prepare pork tenderloin that’s tender and juicy every time 👌🏼

Make this dairy free by subbing the cheese for nutritional yeast. I make this with duck eggs due to a chicken egg intolerance (hence the dark yellow-duck eggs have really large yolks). You could also use sugar free breakfast sausage or Italian sausage instead of ground beef for a delicious breakfast casserole!

Breast cancer, multiple surgeries, mental illness and stress lead me to spending the last 1.5 years eating like a total as***le. I have a personal goal to achieve before my hip surgery coming up on February 3rd, so here we go I guess…🙃

A several years-long debilitating depression (plus cancer and some other dumb s**t) has kept me largely out of the kitchen (and off my main grid) for quite a while. Well I’m BACK bi***es!

I love to cook and I’ve found the most joy in cooking by recipe testing for some of my favorite cookbook authors. No, it’s not a paid gig. But the reward of being a part of creating something so special for thousands if not millions of people is priceless 🥰

➡️ This pizza crust didn’t come out as planned. This was my second attempt. First attempt was a total flop. Tasted good tho.

PS: don’t try to finger your pizza straight out of the oven for the sake of the ‘gram. Pretty sure I won’t be able to feel my fingertips for a week 😆

Thanks to those of you who have stuck with me over these tough times. Not sure where this little platform of mine is headed, but I definitely feel like there’s more of me to share. -Autumn ❤️
