I (Joni) am excited to offer group sound therapy to the whole family, even my kiddos 🤗

This Friday at The Hilgermann Center 6-7PM. Come a few minutes early to get settled.

Something that makes my sound baths unique is I incorporate the voice throughout allowing sounds, textures and even light affirmations or lyrics for reflective healing.

Some thoughts upon taking Alexander Technique instruction👇.. and possibly this weekend at Move Better and Feel Better with the Alexander Technique workshop at Nicolet College!

We may think about integrating this work into our passions and investments, AND FM Alexander observed what already existed in our natural functioning, as long as it wasn’t interfered with.

With this thought, everything we already do is ready to flow naturally without unnecessary stress and tension, if we allow it with our whole selves.
