Alexander Technique & Framework for Integration

Exploring whole body muscle spirals

I wanted to share some recent ball work with you!

I started learning/unlearning with Luc Vanier and Elizabeth Johnson 12 years ago. Their current (re)discover the Dart Procedures from the Framework for Integration workshop inspires me to keep returning and exploring.

It doesn’t matter how long I’ve known something. I always seem to return to a humbling, informative and profound experience. The work really is a never ending spiral and yet, I can sense an opening and closing that allows me to feel growth and groundedness.

Grateful for the ability to see myself with a keen yet gentle eye, and carry my awareness into my daily movement patterns and activities.

Know thyself, and trust the process.

An insightful review from a client's wife, after 9 months of work together!
