i am taking a couple on days off June 27th thru June 30th.
please come join these great instructors that will be covering my classes.
Thursday 4:45 pm Core and restore with Madi Cooper
Saturday 10:30 am soft flow and restore this is Kim Doty's weekend on the rotation.
Sunday you get a double shot of Kara Komarnitsky
7:15 am Vinyasa flow
8:30 am Yin

Things are going well on the learning front! I am starting a one on one training with a favorite mentor. I am prepared to take private clients for a variety of self wellness or yoga of any sort.

I am feeling a thousand emotions right now. I don’t know what I will do. I know what I should do. I should meditate and breathe. But I feel like I need to feel the emotions. I think maybe I need to cry. However I lost the ability to do that on demand fifty years ago. This is such a beautiful part of my life yet I still feel like I am in a rut. I know it is this fu***ng pandemic and all I really need is the ability to hug and touch. I don’t do well teaching or practicing to a computer screen. I need living energy. I need you whoever you may be.

Namaste.
It has been a long time since I have posted here so I wanted to give you all an update on the studio.
It has been a strange and challenging year. We lost my supplemental income from teaching. We are fine and I am fortunate enough to have a rainy day fund.
I have been doing my live Facebook classes in the studio so it is getting some use. I wanted to start teaching a 200 hour teacher training in September. Well that is not going to happen. I am now targeting a December/January start. I will keep you posted.
I will be raising prices when the studio opens back up. I have some students that had open passes. I will absolutely honor those.
As far as the official reopening there will not be one. If you feel safe get in touch and we will work it out.
