The Ohio Valley ESC continues to feature the individuals that SERVE our member districts and their communities.

Emily Tisher is a Paraprofessional at Monroe Achievement Center. This is her third year as a paraprofessional. In her free time, Emily enjoys reading, spending time with her cows, attending Pirates and Steelers games, and rooting for Alabama. Roll Tide! She also uses her creativity to run a small business, making custom shirts and other items in her spare time!
