Thank you Kelvin for always bringing me back to the present moment 🐶

Right when I’m trying to be all zen…
he’s like: “that’s cute, but I’m starving.”

And honestly… that is the practice

Light Returns✨✨✨

This gathering comes just days before the Spring Equinox — that sacred pause in the year when day and night are equal. A reminder that balance is possible. That light always returns.

After a long, brutal winter — the cold, the heaviness, the isolation — many of us are still carrying tension in our bodies. Still moving slower. Still thawing.

The equinox doesn’t demand sudden change. It gently invites renewal. Soft growth. A steady exhale.

And this year, we gather on Friday the 13th.

A date often labeled as unlucky. Feared. Misunderstood.

But Friday has long been associated with the divine feminine (think of Venus)and the number 13 mirrors the lunar cycles — the natural rhythm of intuition, emotion, and rebirth.

What if this day isn’t about bad luck… but about reclaiming what was once called “too much,” “too emotional,” or “too sensitive”?

Spring invites the light back in.

Friday the 13th invites us to soften into what we’ve been taught to fear.

Together, they create a space to gently release winter from the nervous system — to thaw, to recalibrate, to remember your own steadiness.

No forcing.

No spiritual bypassing.

Just sound, breath, and the simple truth that brighter days are coming.

This isn’t about superstition.

It’s about restoration.

There’s a lot happening in the world right now.
Fear. Anger. Grief. Confusion.

Instead of turning away from it…
we turn inward first.

Then — gently — we expand.

This is a practice of courage.
Of softening without becoming weak.
Of staying human in hard times.

Save this. Breathe with it. Practice when you need it most.

Take a slow breath in.
And a long breath out.

Bring your awareness to your own heart.

For Yourself

Silently repeat:

May I be safe.
May I be happy.
May I be protected.
May I be free from fear.
May I be free from anger.
May I be free from hatred.
May I live with peace.
May I live life with ease.

Pause. Feel that.

Now…

Bring to mind someone — or something — that has caused you pain.
Not to excuse. Not to bypass.
Just to acknowledge.

If it feels overwhelming, imagine them at a distance.

And gently repeat:

May you be safe.
May you be happy.
May you awaken to understanding.
May you be free from the ignorance that causes harm.
May you be released from suffering.
May your heart soften.

(If resistance comes up — that’s okay. Just breathe.)

Now…

Expand your awareness outward.

To your community.
To Minneapolis.
To families grieving.
To those afraid.
To those angry.
To those lost.

And then even wider…

To all beings, everywhere.

May all beings be safe.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be protected.
May all beings be free from violence.
May all beings be free from suffering.
May all beings know compassion.
May all beings live in peace.
May all beings live life with ease.

Take one more deep breath in.

And exhale slowly.

Let it ripple outward. 🌎

Sound has become my anchor — a gentle pull out of the past, out of the “what ifs,” and back into the only place I can truly breathe: the present moment.

There was a time when I lived everywhere except here… replaying old stories, planning the next step, trying to stay “on.” But the bowls, the vibrations, my dog curled up beside me — they remind me that healing doesn’t have to be grand.

Sometimes it’s one note.
One breath.
One safe place to land.

And in those small, sacred pauses, peace finds its way back in. ✨🐾🔔

🌿 May these vibrations ripple out from my home to yours — grounding us, softening us, and guiding each of us back to presence. May we all find a moment today that feels like returning home to ourselves.

Atmospheric conditions create a different way SOUND is carried from season to season. Cold air has denser molecules and lays closer to the ground which is known as a "Temperature Inversion." Because of this sound is delivered very differently in the winter than in any other season. Pay attention to how, when in snow, there more of a "Sound Booth" quality to sound (sound becoming dampened due to density of snow) as well as the sound will travel further due to denser air particles. Leave your comments below on how the cold affects your sound work.

In a world that glorifies busy, we forget how powerful just a few minutes of stillness can be.
Sound bath meditation isn’t about escaping work — it’s about returning to balance within it.

Even a short session can:
✨ Calm the nervous system
✨ Clear mental fog
✨ Restore focus and creativity
✨ Shift the entire energy of a room

Imagine your team pausing for 30 minutes to reset through sound — and returning refreshed, grounded, and inspired.

Because true wellness isn’t about time — it’s about tuning in.

🎵 Corporate sound meditation bookings now open — DM “Sound” to bring sound healing to your workspace.

✔ Reduce stress and tension
✔ Support deeper sleep
✔ Improve focus and clarity
