Curious about yoga sculpt but not quite sure how to get the most out of it? Join Christine on Sat, Feb 21 from 1-2:30p for this educational, technique-based workshop designed to help you understand how strength training complements your yoga practice and how to move with confidence, clarity and control in sculpt classes.
We’ll break down the fundamental movement patterns used in yoga sculpt, including squats, lunges, hinges, push & pull movements, so you can learn proper form, avoid common mistakes, and feel exactly which muscles should be working. You’ll also discover simple ways to make movements more or less challenging through tempo, range of motion and mindful engagement, empowering you to customize your practice to meet your body where it is each day.
The workshop concludes with a guided self-massage and release session using therapy balls to unwind tension, support recovery and leave you feeling balanced.
Perfect for anyone new to yoga sculpt, returning after a break, or looking to deepen their understanding of how to train smarter. Register with at their Queensbridge location. Link in bio.
