This is a movement called: I'm Disability Strong Are You? I want to show people that just because some of us have disabilities that show, doesn't mean we are the only people with a disability. And that at one point in all our lives we all have a disability. A disadvantage compared to others in certain areas of life that we need help to get through. That's one reason we rely on each other to be able to have the best life possible with our situational and physical differences.. Otherwise known as disabilities. Disability Strong to me is being able to recognize our short comings and working with others to be successful regardless of those shortcomings. Not giving up. So the next time you see someone disabled instead of asking what's wrong with us, how about: What's Your Disability? You tell me your's I will tell you mine.
So help me with teaching people to understand our physical issues are our shortcomings. Our Disability and needing help doesn't make us, strange, weak, or any other thing people call disabled. We are people just like you.
I also want this to be a place we, who are disabled, or those around us can go to discuss problems having to do with our Disability, keep it clean, we may have young people watching. I want to make new friends, and help people. I look forward to hearing from you all.
