Meet Jessica Smith, our Lead Case Manager at Inner Voyage Recovery Center! Jessica plays an important role in helping clients navigate treatment and prepare for what comes next. She supports pre-assessments for individuals interested in the program, connects clients with community resources, assists with FMLA and short-term disability paperwork, helps coordinate legal support, and works on discharge planning for clients as they complete the program. She is also involved in group facilitation, offering additional support and connection throughout the recovery process.

Jessica is also an alumna of Inner Voyage, which makes her role especially meaningful. Her favorite part of working at IVRC is the chance to give back to the same program that helped introduce her to recovery. That lived experience brings a powerful level of empathy, insight, and hope to the work she does every day.

Meet Sarah Brown, our Program Director at Inner Voyage Recovery Center! Sarah is a central part of everything we do at IVRC. She helps oversee program operations, collaborates closely with our clinical team, supports group facilitation, and works every day to help ensure quality care for each person we serve. She is especially skilled at identifying challenges, finding solutions, and helping our team continue moving forward with purpose.

Sarah is currently pursuing her MSW at the University of Georgia, and one of the things she values most about her role is the opportunity to work with clients from all different backgrounds and walks of life. She loves being able to grow in her ability to help others every single day.

We’re grateful to have Sarah helping lead our mission of compassionate care, personalized support, and real recovery.
