As a Case Manager, you’ll support clients through their treatment journey by coordinating care, advocating for resources, and helping build strong aftercare plans that promote long-term success.

* Experience in case management, behavioral health, or substance use treatment
* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Relevant licensure or certification (as required by state guidelines)

We’re still smiling from all the **fun, laughter, and great memories** made at our **All-Staff Company Holiday Party** at the **Blue Ghost Arcade**! 🕹️👾

From friendly arcade rivalries and team bonding to nonstop laughs and amazing energy, it was the perfect way to celebrate another successful year together. Nights like these remind us that it’s not just about the work we do—but the **people we do it with**.

We’re excited to be part of Hope Fest 2025, hosted by Hope Dealers Worldwide. This fall festival is all about celebrating recovery, prevention, and renewal while building a stronger, healthier community through awareness and connection.

Join us on Sunday, October 19th from 1–3 PM at The Mill on Etowah in Canton, GA for an afternoon filled with free food, live music, family-friendly activities, resource tables, and more.
