Reading this mind bending book about how our bodies are constantly connected and communicate with light, sound, electromagnetic field, water and how a coherent connection and awareness can affect our life, our health on every level. This book doesn’t give us another set of “eat this, avoid that” it invites us to rethink health. Wholistic health takes in consideration the body as whole. Dr. Clinton takes it to another level: body as a whole that is connected and in constant communication with light, electromagnetic field, sound frequency and so much more 💫✨🌀 while I already knew all this to some degree, her way of bringing light into this subject of quantum biology and quantum healing is amazing! Can’t wait to read the whole book! I am sure I will share more about it 😍 .catherineclinton
