Last night I taught my final class of the year — Pilates at 6p — and it brought me right back here.

One year ago, I taught my last class of our first year being open, also on 12/30 and a 6p HOT Pilates. A full-circle moment I couldn’t ignore.

Celebrating every step — the moments behind us, the ones unfolding now, and everything still waiting ahead — with the most incredible group of humans. Thank you to each and every one of you who practiced with us this year and helped shape ARIS into the sweaty, powerful sanctuary it is.

As we close out this year and step into the next, I want to return to something I wrote before our doors ever opened — one of my very first posts. It’s a gentle reminder to:

Embrace who you are.

Where you are.

And what is still becoming.

“I will focus my energy on things that fuel my soul, that inspire my growth and add calm to chaos. I do not believe in New Year- New Me! I will build on the me I am today. I will strive to improve little by little. I will not set unattainable goals that will make me feel as though I have failed. I want to always feel that where I am and who l am is enough.”

I’ll see you NEXT year in the heat.
