Friday, July 5 at approximately 2:00pm on Highway 515 just north of the Blairsville Walmart,
Aveline was taking the kids Helen, Zarah Talla Henry camping trip (Israel is on a school trip out of town)
A driver going the wrong direction on the highway struck Aveline and the kids car (Toyota Highlander), in a head-on collision and then was struck from the rear resulting in the kids car rolling over two or three times ending right side up fortunately, everyone had on their seatbelt, police and paramedics arrived very quickly, talitha and Helen were taken to a local hospital in Ellijay. Talatha is bruised up but OK Helen has a broken collarbone and some bruises they were discharged from the hospital a few hours later. Zarah and Henry were life flighted to Erlanger hospital along with Aveline who appears to have no major injuries or broken bones has a blackeye and a orbital fracture along with a broken right ankle. She was held for observation and setting of her ankle and released early the morning of the sixth, Henry has a broken wrist which was set right before Zarah’s and was held for observation until the evening of the sixth.
Everyone is expected to make a full recovery.
I don’t know anything about the other driver their condition or if they were drunk or anything else.
I know they’re doing well because I’ve been told to pick up candy for each of the kids. Thank you all for your concern and prayers!

FYI! Homeowners are always asking me what Saw they should buy. In my opinion. STIHL MS250 It’s on sale at Morgan’s Ace Hardware now through the end of this month. Normally $399.99 on sale for $349.99
But make sure if you’re not using it on a regular basis you dump all the gas out and then run the Saw until it’s dry and if you’re not doing anything over say 8 to 10 inch diameter just get one of those battery powered saws made by Dewalt Makita Milwaukee, etc. you don’t have to worry about the fuel going bad in those
