Athletes like Narda are the reason coaching feels meaningful. She trusts the process, trusts the coaching, and shows up with heart every single day.

Watching her grow across five meets, three national platforms, and every training cycle in between has been incredible. She listens, she learns, and she pushes when it matters. That’s the kind of athlete any coach would be proud to stand behind.

October was packed with firsts, PRs, and proud moments!

✨Kate ran her first-ever 5K and took 1st in her age group! She also competes in both powerlifting + Olympic weightlifting — all while being a coach and trainer herself. Total powerhouse. Follow her journey 👉 .kate

✨Caitlyn and Alex stepped on stage for their first bodybuilding show and crushed it:
🏅 Caitlyn – 1st place + Nationals qualifier, down 35 lbs
🏅 Alex – 1st & 2nd place, down 28 lbs
Two moms proving that structure + consistency = transformation.

✨Jacob competed in the 75 kg class, hitting
💪 82.5 kg (181.9 lbs) bench
💪 137.5 kg (303.1 lbs) squat
💪 192.5 kg (424.4 lbs) deadlift
and qualified for Nationals!

✨Coach Ayse went 9/9 at Southeast Regionals, took 1st, and hit a PR 🙌 A reminder that leading by example is our standard.

✨ Henry competed at his Olympic weightlifting meet and qualified for the AO Series (Arnold) 🎯 Despite managing a knee injury throughout his prep, we adjusted and adapted his programming to keep him strong, healthy, and confident on meet day — and it paid off. 👏

✨David, one of our remote athletes, brought home 6 golds, 2 state records, and nailed both of his goals with a new taper approach that worked beautifully.

“I Can’t Get Lean No Matter How Hard I Train”

𝟓 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤 — 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝.

You’re lifting, sweating, showing up consistently…
But your body isn’t changing.
You still feel soft. Bloated. Stuck.

Here’s why 👇
1. You’re Eating More Than You Think
No, not junk food — even healthy meals can stall you if you’re not tracking portions.
Try this:
Change nothing for a week. Just track everything you eat — weekends, bites, drinks, sauces, oils.
Weigh yourself daily.
Your weekly average will show you where you’re actually at — and where the wins are hiding.

2. You’re Not Eating Enough Protein
Protein builds muscle, supports recovery, and keeps you full.
Most people are undereating it — by a lot.
Aim for 0.8–1g of protein per pound of bodyweight daily. You’ll feel the difference.

3. You’re Overdoing Cardio or Group Fitness
Too much HIIT or random group classes without enough fuel = stress, burnout, and stalled results.
Balance your training with:

Your 1-hour workout is great — but it’s what you do in the other 23 hours that matters.
Low daily movement = low calorie burn, high stagnation.
Start with 7,000–10,000 steps a day. Walking is the most underrated fat-loss tool out there.
