We tend to trust those who tell us they care. So when we need direction, especially in a vulnerable situation we turn to those we consider our best ally. If they validate our emotional stance we feel justified. Beware; misery loves company.

Has your cheerleader always rooted for your team? What if it was you on the outside? Would they be kicking the goal for the other side? Because if its something they never had, accomplished or experienced, theres no comprehension of whats at stake to loose and really could never understand. Therefore, their support really has no basis and worse, may be meant to ruin.

So breathe and take a good look at the big picture before you might make a big mistake... DMT

In our world overcoming adversity is admired. Great figures usually have quite a story filled with dissappintments and setbacks leading up to their "overnight success".

It's safe to say everyone has needed to recover from one thing or another. And its also safe to say someone has already overcome the current situation you see as impossible. Furthermore more, someone else not only got through it all but used it as the springboard to catapult them to success.

Truth be told, they probably had help. Maybe A LOT of help. The key is they realized help is a bridge not a road. If everyone keeps carrying you, you will only get as far as they are willing take you and eventually they will tire. So even though its annoying to be told; just do it! (and that meant millions to NIKE) DMT
