Ashtangis!!! I know you’re in the hood. And I hope to keep growing our connection and community. We have a 6 day Ashtanga program right here in the area. I teach Mysore 5 mornings at The Yoga House in Kingston and the lovely and Shakti filled Jacquelyn Nash teaches led on Sundays at 8. I bring 18 years of dedicated Ashtanga experience, a lot of ritual and a little rebel with me every day, and our devoted group is incredibly welcoming and heart open. You come!

Hey Woodstock area Ashtangis, don’t forget there is Mysore nearby! Laura Olson is teaching Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, 6:30-8:30 in Kingston at The Yoga House and, starting April 7, she will be teaching Led Primary series on Sunday mornings at 8, also at The Yoga House on Broadway in Kingston. It’s a great community and beginning to grow. You Come!

Hi folks! Mysore Ashtanga in Kingston is still cooking, despite the winter chill. Know any ashtangis in the area? Send them our way. Know anyone who might be ashtanga curious? Laura and Jacquelyn will present a free info session on Saturday January 26th at The Yoga House Midtown. And Laura will be teaching a core concepts workshop on Saturday February 2. So many options to dip your toe in the Ashtanga waters, or just get company for your practice. Let's help each other keep the yoga fire burning bright this winter!

Ashtanga Yoga Woodstock is still home in our hearts, but Laura is now teaching in Kingston. Migrate just a little bit south with us for Mysore on Monday/Wednesday/Friday mornings from 6:30-8:30 with a small group of sweet and devoted practitioners at The Yoga House at 474 Broadway in Kingston. Let's grow our sweet sangha! Please forward this info to practitioners in the surrounding areas, and have them connect with us for more info.

Hi all! Laura here. I’m teaching the Sunday morning Led Asthanga Primary Series in Kingston this week, the 14th. Come one come all at 8 am and get your ashtanga on! I know some people love led, and some people hate it. For me, it’s just a way to stay honest. I always go too fast! Others go to slow. It’s interesting to be guided through and just have to follow, as a change from your own internal pace. Come breathe with me!
