As some of you may or may not be aware of I was called to start Win2ition.org by the Lord in 2008. Yeah I did not call out to him and say use me until 2011. And when I did he pulled me out of an almost 30 year career of building strategic partnerships and high performing teams to accomplish fortune 100 and others business goals for their growth. And boy has he ever grown me. And he started with me he was purifying me removing me from the things of this world that were not of him and continues to grow me closer to him every day. Most of us are taught to stay away from storms and if you look at the buffalo who God also created they face and walk headfirst into the storms because they know they'll get through the storm faster that way and they will thrive. Unlike again the things of this world that want to convince us to stay away from those things that is how the Lord grows us, is by us turning to him not only in praise and worship in the good things that we believe he's done in our lives but also in the hard things that happen for us in our lives. I know some that are still grieving the loss of a loved one may not agree with this and that's OK I'm not writing this to get any agreement from any human being I'm simply sharing my heart.

When Win2ition first formed back in Georgia in 2012 the Lord placed all of the right resources at that time to allow, to form the board, all volunteers, and to gain 501(c)(3) status in less than three months, officially in March 2013. At that time, it was unheard of with the IRS, to gain status that quickly. But God. 😉
God also allowed me early in my career in high-tech to start saving money and having employers match those funds and I had $100,000 that was already pre-taxed that I could use for the building and the growth of the organization. That hundred thousand dollars not only sustained me and my portion to help out with my household at the time it also gave me funding to be able to supply support services to the single caregivers without one hand out. You may see some things on the website we aren't a handout we are a hand up. And when you look up to the heavens I think you know what that means.

Since that time Win2ition has served hundreds and maybe even thousands of single caregivers and their families by providing inspiration through their storm. Lots of times a single caregiver doesn't want to go to family to continue to utilize them and their family does not hear where they're really at because they may have never been there before and see their Ild Wine skins only.

Seeing everyone as God sees them, having a grounded, unbiased, unattached, showing the same mercy and grace and love that the Lord first showed them, initial advocate determines whether or not Win2ition is a resource for that individual or can send them to another resource. We have truly been blessed with God sending who he wanted to come into the organization and God using them after we are completed in our initial time of support. 96% of the recipients we have served have asked how they could help in the future and the cool thing is most have been utilized to support another recipient that came in after they were served. Yes God is cool too. Each of us carries life life experiences good bad and indifferent. Most of the time by two people coming together that understand where the one going through the storm is coming from as they experienced that storm maybe not exactly but a similar storm and they can share how they got through the storm, they become the inspiration that the Lord wants the recipient being served to witness. It is always him that gets us through the storms sometimes he sends the right resource at the right time when we are open and willing to receive his love, guidance, and growth.

If you are interested and have a product or a service and or a life experience that you believe could assist a single caregiver through their storm by all means go to the win2ition.org website and sign up to become an advocate, an advisor, or a partner. If you do have extra funds and you would like to sponsor a single caregiver and their family through a storm we also have sponsorship as an option. I would say nine times out of 10 we have not required monetary funding to support a single caregiver through their storm. But there are times as you will see from some of the testimonials on our website that a single mom that couldn't afford her home with her two daughters after her husband left them, was able to refinance it by us supplying a financial advisor, and after that the storms started coming again. A rather large tree wanted to think about falling on the house that she had just refinanced and was able to afford now as a home for she and her girls. This is one time where we assisted her as a company she was calling, were quoting her extreme amounts to remove one tree. In this example it was $5000. When Win2ition reached out to a local tree company and asked if they were interested in partnering with our organization, the single mom and her family and they said yes. They gave us the fee of $1000. The single mom paid $500 and our organization was blessed with a sponsor to pay the other $500.

Win2ition is not a product or a services company that sits on a shelf and neither are the individuals that we serve. The God tells us, He has created us, knitted us in our mother's womb for a very unique purposes and a calling to Love, believe, Serve and Care for All His creations He sends our way. Sometimes our recipients and their family members simply need inspiration in their storm for their spirit to be renewed! That is my prayer that the Lord send Win2ition those that he wants to utilize our resources to renew their spirit in Him.

On behalf of myself and the board of Win2ition, we thank you for loving and serving in the way the Holy Spirit guides you.

Since being in Rapid City the women's networking community of entrepreneurial women some have chose to partner with our organization and some have referred to other organizations to partner with us as well. Some of these partners provide their services sometimes pro bono or at a reduced rate that is totally up to the partner. Other times we are asked what are some of the needs as an example just before the holiday at the end of 2025 kassie's son's company he was representing had sent a message out asking if they had any local folks that needed support. And as you'll see by this photograph I needed a buggy to unload all of the asks of three single mom/single grandmother recipients that we were currently serving at that time. It doesn't matter if they came on time or not what matters is their hearts to serve others that didn't have extra funds to buy their families necessities and some were non-necessities like a set of Lincoln logs that one of the little boys asked for. Too often we take the provisions the Lord has provided all of us for granted. How many of two things do we have or how much over do we have. I pray that none of us are like the rich man that has an over abundance of crops produced where he builds a bigger barn to hold those crops instead of feeding those that have no food.

Be the Human-being who heals rooms by entering in sharing TRUTH in Love, filled with the light the Holy Spirit shares in you and through you.

Be the Human-being who listens to God, the one and only God, the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob, the one who circumcised your heart.

Be the Human-being who prays with the authority God gives you.

Be the Human-being who seeks the authority of God to break generational curses humbly.

Be the Human-being who speaks life, and who knows where your strength comes from to do this.

Be the Human-being who won’t let your brothers or sisters shrink or settle for less than THE TRUTH.

TRUTH leads to deliverance.
Be the Human-being who doesn't gossip, the Human-being who goes to war in the Spirit.

The world needs less noise…
And more Human-being's who carry heaven’s oil and reveal God through in ACTION's in LOVE. Love is an action not an emotion. God is love

In the Bible, being “lukewarm” refers to a half-hearted, indifferent attitude toward faith and spiritual matters. God desires commitment and passion from His followers, not complacency. Lukewarmness reflects spiritual stagnation, where a person is neither fully devoted to God nor fully disengaged. Scripture calls believers to live with fervor, seeking to honor God with all their heart. Here are 3 Bible verses that address the dangers of being lukewarm in faith, with commentary for each verse.
1. Revelation 3:15-16
“I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.”
Jesus rebukes the church in Laodicea for their spiritual indifference. This verse shows that lukewarmness in faith is unacceptable to God. He desires either full commitment or a clear rejection, but spiritual apathy is repulsive. It calls us to renew our passion for Christ.
2. Matthew 22:37
“Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'”
Jesus emphasizes that our devotion to God should be wholehearted. This verse contrasts with lukewarm faith, calling believers to love God with every part of their being. Half-hearted love is not enough; God seeks a complete, passionate commitment from His followers.
3. James 1:22
“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.”
James warns against passive faith. Hearing God’s Word without acting on it leads to self-deception. Lukewarm believers may listen to sermons or read Scripture but fail to live it out. This verse encourages active obedience, which is essential for true faith.

I still love this analogy!

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.

Why did you spill the coffee?

"Because someone bumped into me!!!"

Wrong answer.

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.

Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.

*Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.*

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.

*So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"*

When life gets tough, what spills over?

Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility?

Anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions?

Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.

Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, kindness, gentleness and love for others.
