Dear Friends,

Abraham has been talking a lot lately about “focusing the feeling.” They are making the point that when humans approach subjects by trying to think our way through them, (i.e., weighing the pros and the cons; explaining to others; or justifying to ourselves or others, etc.) that we just scatter more thoughts around often causing more split energy, and therefore work against our very intention of becoming clearer. And so, many times every day I have been stopping in the middle of something and doing my best to identify how I want to feel, isolating the feeling as best I can, and staying focused on the feeling until it is obvious to me that I have found it.

I really look forward to the day before our Abraham NOW broadcasts because I can sense people from around the world thinking about it, too. They are formulating their questions and thinking about what they hope to get from their participation in the broadcast. I can “feel” the momentum of these thoughts. Then, once the cutoff for submission of videos and questions has passed, I get comfortable, meditate, and Abraham begins their joyful process of absorbing your submissions, one by one. What is that feeling? Understanding, appreciation, interest, knowing, love.
