Our Culinary team kicked off American Heart Month with a delicious food demonstration highlighting a heart-healthy superfood: oats. Residents watched as oatmeal pancakes with rustic applesauce were prepared and, of course, enjoyed a taste of the final dish. Healthy eating never tasted so good.
