Bee Balanced is a combination of the Bee Energized and Bee Relaxed classes. The class will integrate a gentle flow with restorative yoga. BEE STRONG
Bee Strong is a faster-paced vinyasa class offering more challenging asanas and transitions. The class will build heat and experiment with a deeper practice both physically and mentally. Yoga postures and movement will be connected with the breath throughout this practice. This class is recommended for anyone looking to build strength and seeking a challenge in their yoga practice. BEE POWERFUL
Bee Powerful is an energetic and challenging practice, which connects breath to movements. This class is taught in a heated room. Classes are based on Baron Baptiste power vinyasa tradition. The sequence will build heat, increase flexibility and strength, and lift your spirit. This class is perfect for anyone willing to sweat and be challenged in their yoga practice. BARRE FLOW
BarreFlow incorporates strength, endurance and flexibility into one invigorating workout. The focus on posture and form and the smooth transitions between exercises will help even the most busy minded student become more present as concentration is necessary to get the most out of this class. BarreFlow will help you achieve a balanced body and a quiet mind

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.
It is a powerful prayer for universal compassion, peace, and interconnectedness often used in yoga to foster empathy and selfless living.
For a long time I said this prayer, this mantra at the end of every class - and then one day I stopped, I don't know why but, I did. But it feels so relevant to bring it back.
From the first time I heard it repeated at the end of a class It has held special meaning for me ( so much so that I have it tattooed on my body). For me it is the embodiment of this practice.
The poses are fun, they are important, one of the 8 limbs ....
But without a deeper devotion or connection they are just shapes, just stretches.
This mantra is the reminder that yoga is so much more than movement, and that the peace we practice is meant to move beyond us and into the world
It reminds us that our relationships with all beings and things should be mutually beneficial if we ourselves desire happiness and liberation from suffering. No true or lasting happiness can come from causing unhappiness to others

Groundhog Day marks the midpoint way point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. Even though Puxatawny Phil saw his shadow, predicting six more weeks of cold, it is a great time to wake up, warm up and reflect on the impending Spring.
Groundhog Day is also a fantastic day for self reflection. Watch the movie Groundhog Day, in which the main character, Phil Connors, is forced to relive one day over and over again. In the beginning, he does whatever he wants without consequences, but does not find happiness. By the end of the movie, he finally becomes a kind, noble person. It is a story of self improvement and self reflection.
This practice of yoga offers us many opportunities for repetitionโฆthe flows repeat, the poses we return to again and again. The themes that show up each month with the moon cycles or each season (maybe even each day or week) the repetition breath and or even mantra (my favorite ra ma da sa, played during shavasana)
This repetition offers us a chance to quiet the outside noises, to take time to be present. With in the repetition is where we grow, expand, see whatโs possible. And maybe even more importantly an opportunity to move past the patterns that arenโt needed anymore.
Take the time to see what repeating patterns are in your life. And at this halfway point on our way to spring what can you let go of and what is there supporting you and helping you. This is where the intentions live, where they grow from ๐
