Bee Balanced is a combination of the Bee Energized and Bee Relaxed classes. The class will integrate a gentle flow with restorative yoga. BEE STRONG
Bee Strong is a faster-paced vinyasa class offering more challenging asanas and transitions. The class will build heat and experiment with a deeper practice both physically and mentally. Yoga postures and movement will be connected with the breath throughout this practice. This class is recommended for anyone looking to build strength and seeking a challenge in their yoga practice. BEE POWERFUL
Bee Powerful is an energetic and challenging practice, which connects breath to movements. This class is taught in a heated room. Classes are based on Baron Baptiste power vinyasa tradition. The sequence will build heat, increase flexibility and strength, and lift your spirit. This class is perfect for anyone willing to sweat and be challenged in their yoga practice. BARRE FLOW
BarreFlow incorporates strength, endurance and flexibility into one invigorating workout. The focus on posture and form and the smooth transitions between exercises will help even the most busy minded student become more present as concentration is necessary to get the most out of this class. BarreFlow will help you achieve a balanced body and a quiet mind

The time of the year when the words gratitude and grateful are abundant let’s take a look into the philosophy of yoga and draw from the sutras to help us really land on how we answer “what are you grateful for?”
Yoga Sutra 1.33 isn’t directly about gratitude but connects to it by prescribing cultivating specific attitudes to achieve a tranquil mind: friendliness toward the happy, compassion for the unhappy, joy for the virtuous, and indifference toward the non-virtuous. Gratitude is cultivated when you appreciate others’ success, and you can extend this practice by being grateful for what you have, which this sutra supports by teaching you not to compare yourself to others’ happiness.
Friendliness toward the happy: This helps you overcome comparison and find inner peace instead of jealousy. By being genuinely happy for others, you can feel gratitude for your own blessings, rather than wishing you had what they have.
Compassion for the unhappy: When you practice compassion, you remember that everyone suffers, which can lead to a deeper appreciation for your own well-being and foster gratitude for the support you have received or can give.
Joy in the virtuous: Instead of envy, this encourages celebrating the good qualities you see in others and taking inspiration from them. This can lead to a sense of gratitude for the people who model positive behavior.
Indifference to the non-virtuous: This principle teaches you not to be disturbed by the errors or negativity of others, which guards your inner peace. By not focusing on others’ perceived faults, you free up mental space to focus on gratitude for the positive aspects of your own life.
