Today we’re excited to celebrate Cindy, our amazing ADON, and Julie, our dedicated LVN Nurse, for reaching 5 years of service! Both of these incredible women have brought so much heart, creativity, and teamwork to our family.

Cindy is known for her leadership, compassion, and her ability to find creative solutions to any challenge that comes her way. Julie brings steady care and a deep commitment to our residents that inspires everyone around her. Together, they make such a strong and supportive team—always ready to lend a hand, share a laugh, and make a difference.

Thank you, Cindy and Julie, for 5 years of dedication, teamwork, and heart. Your kindness and creativity make our team stronger every day. We’re so proud to celebrate this milestone with you!

Celebrating 15 Amazing Years with Jayla!

Today we’re celebrating Jayla, our wonderful LVN and MDS Nurse, for 15 years of dedication, compassion, and creativity! From day one, Jayla has been the kind of person who always goes the extra mile—finding smart, thoughtful solutions and caring for everyone around her with a big heart and a smile.

Her creativity and deep commitment to our residents and team make her such a special part of our family. We’re so grateful for everything she brings to our facility every single day—her expertise, her kindness, and her positive energy that lifts us all.

Congratulations, Jayla, on 15 years of excellence and heart. We’re lucky to have you and can’t wait to celebrate many more milestones together!

We had a wonderful time at the Tyler County Nutrition Center's 1st Health Fair, we were able to reach over 70 individuals! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table to visit, learn more about our services and share a smile with us. We love being part of such a supportive community that values health and wellness. 💚
