How/Where: The 639Hz tone (one of several Solfeggio Frequencies) is used, along with others, to help cleanse, clear and get energy flowing correctly. This frequency is specifically associated with the heart chakra, though an expert level sound healer knows how, where and when (i.e. special types of energy cleansing, other areas to use on the body) to use this frequency. 528Hz: What IS it? How and where is it used? Sounds, rhythm and healing may sound a bit far-fetched but they are a long-forgotten tool in the world of healing - used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures all around the globe.
