Is this you? Our physical bodies hold onto all sorts of emotions we hold in or onto. We are wrapping up the year of the snake (ends Feb 16th). Spend some time before the Chinese New Year starts in 2026 to shed, release and purge these emotioms, thoughts and old beliefs that no longer serve you. 2026 is the year of the horse so remove the old and stuck to prepare for a wonderfully filled year of liberation, freedom, courage and forward momentum.
