When problems arise “down there”, many times finding providers who understand your needs can be challenging. Michelle has received special training to perform evaluations of the muscles involved with bowel/bladder function and sexual health. The following are only some of the many conditions that a pelvic floor evaluation may be able to help with:

If getting away from work or home is challenging, then our concierge services may be right for you. Michelle can bring the equipment to you to perform your assessment or treatment where you are most comfortable.

Changing the way Woodward Looks at Healthcare

Inclusive, PLLC has chosen to be “out of network” with most insurances at this time. Michelle has chosen this option because she wants to work for YOU, not your insurance company. For all therapy services, you will be provided a Super bill with appropriate codes to turn into your insurance company, so they can reimburse you directly. This allows us to spend our time with our patients one on one without pressure to see multiple patients at a time, giving you the most bang for your buck. Getting an Appointment

Appointments can be made by calling our clinic directly. You DO NOT need a physician’s referral to receive any of the services provided by Inclusive PT. Oklahoma law states that you can go directly to a Physical Therapist for care without needing a referral for 30 days. If you are receiving pelvic health or physical therapy services for more than 30 days we will communicate with your provider or health care team to continue care. If your doctor provides you with a script for PT, please bring it with you to your first visit.

We are so excited about these changes...and appreciate your patience!

We’re making some behind-the-scenes improvements at Inclusive Medical Group, including launching a new website and transitioning to a new electronic health record system.

As part of this change, clients may begin receiving emails or text messages from Jane, our new secure client platform. These messages may include scheduling information, appointment reminders, or requests to complete forms.

These communications are expected during the transition. Client information remains private and secure, and no action is needed unless a message specifically requests follow-up.

If you have any questions or receive a message that doesn’t seem right, please contact our office. Thank you for your patience as we continue improving our systems and services.

Changes for 2025

We wanted to reach out to our valued clients to inform you about some upcoming changes to our pricing structure. Due to the rising costs of providing the best quality care, we will be adjusting our rates: 60-minute sessions will now be $150, and our 30-minute dry needling sessions will be $75. However, we are pleased to let you know that our evaluation rate will remain at $237. We will offer a 10% discount to anyone who purchases 3 or more sessions at a time. Don’t forget, we’re always here to support you, and we can provide you with a Superbill for insurance reimbursement to help ease the process. Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we strive to offer you the exceptional care you deserve! These changes will begin January 1, 2026.

If you have traditional Medicare as your primary insurance, we will continue to bill Medicare for your services and you should see no changes.

Mirissa with Inclusive EMDR will be officially joining Michelle at Inclusive PT to form Inclusive Medical Group. We are excited about the potential for growth while maintaining the highest quality of care.
