If you want a simple way to lose weight, start here:
STOP EATING FAKE FOOD.
Most people aren’t overeating real food — they’re living on soda, chips, frozen meals, fast food, candy, alcohol. Highly processed products that barely qualify as food at all. They’re manufactured chemicals designed for convenience and addiction, not nourishment.
“I hardly eat… so why am I overweight?”
The better question is: what are you eating?
“I don’t understand why my joints hurt, my gut is wrecked, and my body feels inflamed all the time.”
Because when the majority of your fuel is inflammatory, your body stays inflamed. You can’t run a human body on poison and expect it to feel good.
Food is information.
When you eat food that comes from life, as in plants, animals, real ingredients, your body responds, your body heals itself.

✨ Less inflammation
✨ Fewer meds
✨ Fewer doctor visits
✨ A stronger immune system
What’s wild is that eating real food is now called “being on a diet.”
