The holiday season is here and with that comes extra stress, especially for new parents. Sometimes those closest to us, like family and friends, aren’t always as supportive as they could be.

Fill the holidays with joy by surrounding yourself with people who will support you through the season and not make you feel more challenged or stressed.

Find more information on emotional wellness and social support here: https://brnw.ch/21wXxtH or call the Maternal Mental Health Hotline at 1-833-852-6262 for immediate assistance.

Rabies is seen in skunks and in smaller numbers in horses, cattle, cats, dogs and other mammals. The OSDH Epidemiologist-on-Call is available 24/7 regarding rabies recommendations specific to animal bites at (405) 426-8710.
