Hello hello everyone! I just wanted to touch on a few things on this beautiful fall Sunday! What a busy October it has been! THANK YOU to each and every one of my patients for entrusting me with your health. I hope you all know what an honor it is to be your healthcare provider.

I will be out of office starting October 29th and will return to clinic on November 4th. With that being said, I currently have several outstanding results and/or referrals I am working on today. If you are waiting on anything from me, whether it is lab results, imaging results, referrals, etc….I am working diligently to get all of that taken care of before I leave. This has been an extremely active few months and I have been working tirelessly to stay caught up. Unfortunately, sometimes I just don’t have enough hours in the day. If you are waiting on anything and it seems to be taking longer than usual, I sincerely apologize. I am hoping to have most things caught up over the next few days. By end of week, if you are still missing something, please let my staff know so that they may address this in my absence and I am able to take care of it as soon as I return. Staff will be able to refill medications if need be while I am out of office. I will also be checking in once a day to refill any medications that my staff are not able to.

Please utilize our walk in clinic at 1021 Oklahoma Avenue should you have any urgent needs arise while I am gone. And as always, if you feel you have an emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Hello everyone!! It has definitely been a while. My sincerest apologies for my lack of presence on this page. I am going to make a solid effort to keep up with information on this page for my family practice clinic. Here are some general reminders for everyone.

-My clinic is a family practice clinic currently located at 908 19th St. in Woodward, Oklahoma. I do not take walk-ins, but I try my best to accomodate same or next day appointments.

-The office phone number is 580-237-9125 and the fax number is 580-256-1799. When you call the office number, you will now reach the call center. If the call center is unable to help you with what you are needing, they will take a message and send it to myself or my office staff. This is similar to leaving a message on an answering machine and getting a returned phone call. The call center can assist with many things including appointments, medication refills, and status of pending orders. If you are able, I would also recommend utilizing the my chart patient portal. It is another way to increase access if that is something you choose to do. Please reach out if you need any help with the portal.

-My office hours are 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday, with the exception of Wednesday and the office is closed on that day. During the week, even on days the clinic is closed, you should be able to reach somebody through the call center and they can assist you in our absence.

-Sick season is coming up quickly. I am working hard on arranging my schedule to allow for same-day visits. Please keep in mind, there will be days where this will not be an option and on those days, I highly encourage the use of our walk-in clinic at 1021 Oklahoma Ave.

-If you are needing a refill on a medication, please contact your pharmacy to request your refill. Please allow one to two business days for completion of all refill requests.

-If you call for an appointment, please specify whether it is an urgent need or something that can be scheduled later. We will do our best to accommodate urgent needs; however, I would again recommend our walk-in clinic if we are unable to accommodate an urgent matter. If you have an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

-I do my very best to limit my time off during clinic days; however, I also believe in utilizing my vacation time away from the office. Sometimes, this requires me to close my clinic. If I am going to be out for an extended period of time, there will be measures in place to make sure all of your needs are met in my absence.

-Please remember, myself along with my amazing staff, do everything we can to move things as quickly as possible. We are as transparent as possible with all things pertaining to you and your health and this includes wait times. We are a very busy clinic and work hard to be as efficient and timely as possible. We are also 100% human and unfortunately things do happen. PLEASE, if there is ever an issue, reach out to us! Call, use the portal, come by, whichever way is easiest. I encourage any and all concerns so that we are able to evaluate and improve processes! All I ask is that those concerns are addressed with respect towards my staff. Again, we are all human, including myself.

-Services I offer, including but not limited to: primary care for all ages, DOT exams, sports physicals, well child exams, chronic illness management, specialists referrals, minor procedures (skin biopsies, lesion removals, laceration repair, foreign body removals), women’s health services, holistic care, mental health management, and more!

-Last but not least, THANK YOU to each and every one of you that entrust me with your health. I am honored to help you along your journey to the best you possible! I love seeing the growth and development of every individual in all stages of life. I truly want to see every person succeed, no matter what that may look like. I am blessed with the best patients and I look forward to continuing on this journey with you all!!

Hello all! I promise I’ve not disappeared. It’s been a whirlwind the last 5 months and I appreciate all of you for your patience and understanding during the process!! We are still having a few issues with phones that we are working tirelessly to fix. If you call and leave a message, please make sure to leave your name and phone number so we know who to call back. A date of birth is helpful too. If you have called and have not gotten a call back within 48 hours, message me on here to let me know so I can look into it. Please, if possible, try to avoid calling multiple times as this clogs our lines and makes it harder to get back to you in a timely manner.

Also, the weather outside is beautiful BUT can make it very difficult for everyone to get around. We are going to try our best to be in office tomorrow. If you have an appointment scheduled and we have to reschedule it, someone will reach out to you to do that. Please be safe out there!!!!

And just to clarify, my office number is 580-237-9125. If you are calling another number and not getting an answer or returned call, this may be part of the issue. So if you have me programmed in as anything else other than 580-237-9125 please update!

Greetings! Hope everyone is well and enjoying Fall! I am going to try to go back to posting weekly on here with clinic information. We are still having issues with the phones off and on. My office number is 580-237-9125. If you get the answering machine, please leave a message. If you don’t get the machine or don’t get a returned call in 24-48 hours after leaving a message, please message me here. I know this has been a lengthy, brutal process but it is gradually getting better as we navigate through all the changes. Technology is wonderful, until it doesn’t work like it’s supposed to 😜
Also, if you are missing medications or any kind of testing orders, please reach out and let us know so we can make sure you all get what you need in a timely manner. Again, THANK YOU for your patience during this time of transition. Hope the rest of the week treats you all well!

Update! Phones, faxes are still down. Our internet is also down today. We don’t have access to anything and are doing the best we can to accommodate needs. Please keep using the 580-290-6424 number or send me a message on here if you need an appt or need something! Again, please have some grace during this time. This WILL be resolved soon! To limit the amount of confusion during this time, I am encouraging anyone that has an appointment scheduled for anything other than a sick visit or something urgent, to go ahead and reschedule or hold off on scheduling an appointment until after this week. Numerous people continue to work to resolve the issues day in and day out. I will update with more information as it’s available. Thank you!!

Hello again! As of right now, we are still having a lot of system issues. The phones are down as well as faxes. We are still not running at full capacity. There are people working diligently to fix all the issues. In the meantime, please continue to use the 580-290-6424 number to call. If you do not get an answer, leave a message and someone will get to it as soon as possible. The situation could change at any minute and I will update when it does. THANK YOU again for your continued patience as we get through this transition. Clinic will be back to normal in no time!!

Hello!! It’s been a while! I will post more information specific to my clinic later; however, for right now we are experiencing system issues. Please bear with us as we work through it. If you need anything, call 580-290-6424 until further notice. A transition this big is expected to have some difficulties but things are in place to work through all of it. I just ask for a little more patience and grace with all of the staff, hospital and clinics, as we transition to Epic. I can assure you, this is a good change well worth it!
