Position Overview
As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide essential support and personalized care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Assist with mobility and transfers
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Follow individualized care plans
Qualifications
Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred (but not required)
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Ability to follow care plans and instructions
Reliable transportation
