This is a plea to parents. We know this is hard, saying no, setting limits. But your kids need limits and protection from the internet. Long before bedtime, they need to turn in their phones and any device that they can use to connect them to the worldwide web. Help your children disconnect from the world of status updates every few minutes. Your kids are wasting their time checking updates when they could be reading, drawing, spending quality time with family,and sleeping. It won’t be easy at first but it gets easier when your kids know you won’t cave. And they’re sleeping better and feeling better.
